DESCRIPTION
With changing weather patterns, a lawn needs to withstand both drought and heavy rain. This mixture is ideal for both situations taking advantage of huge developments in grass breeding designed to deal with these climatic changes. Tall fescue has very deep roots and produces a dense, attractive lawn which is hardwearing as well.

Will produce a very attractive lawn whether it is subject to a long period of drought or heavy rainfall.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
To create and maintain a high quality lawn, apply Johnson’s Bio-Active Lawn Feed before sowing. Once the lawn is established, apply Bio-Active Lawn Feed 2/3 times per year.

SOWING DATES
Sow between March and October. Young grass will appear within 14-21 days under good growing conditions.
SOWING RATES
New Lawn:
  35g per sq. metre (1¼ oz per sq. yard)
Overseeding:
  25g per sq. metre (¾ oz per sq. yard)
MOWING HEIGHT
New Lawn:
  When grass is 5-8cm (2-3in) high, cut for the first time. Trim lightly and gradually lower blades to an ideal cutting height of 25mm (1in).
Subsequent Cuts:
  Mow regularly but try not to remove more than a third of the growth at any one time.
